Weird title, I know.. but I like it. I can always pull symbolism out of thin air, and so can you. It kinda makes sense... if you think about it.

Anyway!

This is one of those pictures that you just know you'll like when you start. I reallllly liked the lineart, and, for once, I like the color even more. I am very much a huge fan of color, especially oversaturated color, so I thought I'd actually use it for once on here. I am very pleased with the outcome of this! *little happy dance*

So, this is Kairi and Namine from Kingdom Hearts II in some totally unnatural (and therefore completely fun) pose! I came to love these girls through this whole.. process.. and I'm really glad I actually pulled this off. I did this for *ShadowLotus2's OFFICIAL Kingdom Hearts contest. I might do more.

I like the colors a lot toooooooo... Cept ummm not trying to rain on your parade or anything but the right face looks a little squished.

Their faces are so, so, so so beautiful. The style and the coloring are so gorgeous and just... gaaah @__@ I don't think their faces could get any better. The hair is kind of lacking, especially in comparison to those lovely faces XD;; It looks really stringy and unblended. I also think the black around the edges is unneeded, a cropping somewhere between this and the face closeup would look perfect.

I know what you mean about the hair though... I spent soooooo much time on the faces that I just kept whatever I did on the first pass for the hair...
